DLM performs on-site calibrations using state-of-the-art laser interferometers adapted to various types of accessories to meet or exceed specification requirements. This method has proven to be far
more accurate than traditional optical calibration techniques. The built-in scales of an optical instrument normally have to be read by a technician and sometimes recorded manually onto worksheets.
